About Featured
In my private studio in Saket, we do not rush. A typical session lasts 75 minutes, starting with a 10-minute check-in where we map out what your body or mind actually needs that day, whether it is physical tightness or mental clutter. From there, I use a full set of 7-metal Tibetan singing bowls, placing them directly on the body to help stimulate the vagus nerve, which assists you in shifting out of stress and into a state of rest.
My approach to sound healing is about showing up exactly as you are. I do not aim to fix you or reach some idealized version of perfection. I simply hold the space and use resonance to help you return to a balanced state.
My Approach
Everything is vibration, including our worries. When you come into my studio, I settle you in a quiet, controlled environment with soft lighting and aromatherapy to help your nervous system downshift. We use the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls to move through the body, which helps melt away the static of daily life. This is a gentle, auditory reset—you are not expected to do anything but relax.
Session Options
- Private Contact Sound Therapy: A 75-minute solo experience where I place bowls directly on your body. This is best if you are working through specific physical tension or need a deeply personalized focus.
- Couple's Energy Harmonization: A 90-minute session for two, designed to help you synchronize breath patterns and energy. We use alternating contact placement and shared intention setting to help you reconnect.
- Small Group Sound Bath: A 60-minute auditory immersion limited to 6-10 people. We focus on Yoga Nidra-style body scans and breathwork. It is a shared space for community healing without the physical contact.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who practices regularly, these sessions are designed for you to listen to your body. My goal is to make these practices accessible, honest, and calm, helping you find your own pace.
