My approach isn't about rigid poses or achieving a certain level of flexibility. It is about creating a space where you can slow down and reconnect. I blend different modalities because life itself is multi-layered—we need more than just one tool to find our balance.

- Sound Healing & Meditation: Using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, these sessions focus on calming your nervous system. Many clients find that the pure vibrations help release emotional blockages that yoga alone cannot reach.
- Meditative Art Workshops: Through mandala drawing and other techniques, we quiet the mind. You do not need to be an artist; this is simply a tool for focus and emotional expression.
- Nature-Based Retreats: When the city noise becomes too much, I host multi-day immersions in places like Coorg and Mudumalai. These are spaces to disconnect from screens, walk in the forest, and return to a natural rhythm.
- Specialized Yoga Therapy: From prenatal and fertility support to menopause care and kids' sessions, my focus is on meeting you wherever you are in your life chapter.
Where We Meet
I conduct workshops and group sessions across partner studios in Bengaluru, including Indiranagar, Koramangala, and Jayanagar. For those who need flexibility or are further away, I also host virtual bootcamps and moon-cycle meditations. My studio at Challaghatta is a dedicated space for 1-on-1 therapeutic healing, where we can dive deeper into trauma release and personal growth.
