About Group Yoga Classes (Online & In-Studio)
I see yoga as a way to connect with something bigger than ourselves. For me, it's not just exercise – it's a path to realise, "main vyakti nahi, main shakti hoon" (I'm not just a person, I'm power itself). My group yoga classes, both online and in-studio, are for anyone wanting to feel lighter in body and mind, and to break free from old patterns.
What to Expect
- Each class mixes Hatha and Vinyasa styles, with a good blend of dynamic and alignment-focused asanas.
- We use props smartly. Chair, wall, ropes, blocks, even light dumbbells – not to make things easy, but to make correct alignment possible for all bodies. It's proper prop-based yoga for all levels, not just flexible folks.
- Every session includes pranayama (like Bhramari) and meditation. This is where the real yoga happens, especially when the mind gets stuck or the body feels stiff.
Why Join?
- Most people come looking for yoga for stress relief in groups, to tackle back pain, acidity, overthinking, or just to feel more energetic.
- There's no pressure to be perfect. I encourage everyone – complete beginners, seasoned practitioners, even kids – to join and progress at their own pace.
- You'll be part of our Shakti Yoga Family, an online yoga community session or in the studio at Rohini, Delhi. We do partner yoga, celebrate together, and genuinely support one another.
Multiple time slots are available – early mornings to evenings, with a special kids' batch too. Thoda mehnat, solid result (A little effort, solid result) – that's the promise.

My Story
Namaste from Shakti Yoga Studio. Life for me is all about Shakti - that energy in everything. You’ll catch me dancing, painting, singing with friends, sometimes humming Kailash Kher, sometimes just lying on the grass, prakriti ki god mein (in the lap of nature). Yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting with your own story, like Natarajasana’s dance or Virabhadra’s strength. I try to bring that feeling to my classes, so you feel the Shakti inside you too.
My Work
Classes & Services - We offer online yoga, studio sessions, Hatha Yoga, meditation, medical yoga for thyroid and other issues, pranayama, weight loss, and kids yoga batches.
Yoga for Everyday Problems - Back pain, stress, high BP, sleeplessness - we use rambaan ilaaj (panacea) yogic techniques for real relief.
Smart Yoga for All Bodies - Har body har asan ke liye ready nahi hoti (not every body suits every pose). We use props for safe, smart yoga, no jor, no chot, sirf sahi technique (no force, no injury, only correct technique).
More Than Asanas - We go beyond poses: pranayama, meditation, myth-inspired yoga, and community retreats for tan, mann, aur atma (body, mind, soul).
