Quick Intro

I help people use yoga to lose weight, get toned, and feel truly strong. This isn't about the usual slow stretching or just hoping for results. You’ll have to put in effort, but the results stick.

How I Work

My style is simple: thoda mehnat, solid result (put in some work, see real change). No shortcuts, no fake promises. I mix old-school yoga with dynamic exercises and strength-building moves. Every session is structured - I tell you how many sets, reps, and what to focus on. If you want to see your body change, this is for you.

What We Focus On

  • Belly fat (upper & lower): Specific yoga for belly fat reduction and core work to blast stubborn fat and build strength
  • Thighs & hips: Asanas and movements to slim, shape, and tone
  • Side fat/love handles: Targeted flows that burn fat and tighten your waist
  • Arm toning: Light dumbbells to help get rid of flab and build lean muscle
  • Stamina & balance: Power Flow routines for full-body toning and energy

Tools I Use

You won't just be on the mat. I add dumbbells, sticks, yoga blocks, belts, wall props, and even wall ropes. These take your practice up a notch and help you safely push limits.

Real Talk

Some days, your mind will want to quit (jab mann atak jaaye). That's normal. The real change comes when you push through and find out what you’re made of. For me, yoga is about feeling your own shakti (power) - not just looking fit, but feeling unstoppable.

My Story

Namaste from Shakti Yoga Studio. Life for me is all about Shakti - that energy in everything. You’ll catch me dancing, painting, singing with friends, sometimes humming Kailash Kher, sometimes just lying on the grass, prakriti ki god mein (in the lap of nature). Yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting with your own story, like Natarajasana’s dance or Virabhadra’s strength. I try to bring that feeling to my classes, so you feel the Shakti inside you too.

My Work

Classes & Services - We offer online yoga, studio sessions, Hatha Yoga, meditation, medical yoga for thyroid and other issues, pranayama, weight loss, and kids yoga batches.

Yoga for Everyday Problems - Back pain, stress, high BP, sleeplessness - we use rambaan ilaaj (panacea) yogic techniques for real relief.

Smart Yoga for All Bodies - Har body har asan ke liye ready nahi hoti (not every body suits every pose). We use props for safe, smart yoga, no jor, no chot, sirf sahi technique (no force, no injury, only correct technique).

More Than Asanas - We go beyond poses: pranayama, meditation, myth-inspired yoga, and community retreats for tan, mann, aur atma (body, mind, soul).
