About Glimpses of Our Practice
In these sessions, you will notice we rarely practice empty poses. Whether it is using a wall rope for spinal traction or metal chairs for deeper, safer backbends, every movement has a purpose. We do not just stretch; we align. When you join, expect hands-on adjustments that ensure your body is working correctly, not just working hard.
Why Our Approach Matters
