Single Trial Session
Session Details
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes depending on the flow intensity.
- Access to any one scheduled group class, including Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheel, or Power Yoga.
- Bilingual instruction (Hindi/English) combining philosophical context with strict physical discipline.
Equipment & Facility
- Use of Aerial Silk Hammocks for inversions (subject to schedule).
- Access to padded Yoga Wheels for deep backbends.
- Includes use of standard belts, blocks, and studio mats (PVC 4mm-6mm).
- Select sessions are conducted without AC/fans to mimic natural heat.
Training Elements
- Intense manual adjustments for alignment correction.
- Session includes Om chanting and specific Pranayama (Kapalbhati/Anulom Vilom).

About Group Yoga Classes
Not Just Another Yoga Class
For me, yoga isn't just stretching or a workout. It's a way to pause and ask, "Jeevan hai kya?" (What is life?). In my group yoga sessions, it's more about a journey inside than showing off perfect poses. I focus on helping you find stillness and clarity, right here, right now.
What Happens in My Classes
- Classes at my Vikaspuri studio are open to everyone, whether you're new or have been practicing for years.
- No one is judging - the main thing is to show up for yourself and move with kindness.
- We try out different yoga styles, so you always find something that fits:
- Vinyasa flow group class for those who want to link breath with movement and get flexible.
- Power Yoga if you're after strength and stamina.
- Ashtanga for a more structured, energetic routine.
- Aerial yoga group sessions with hammocks for those who want to play with gravity a bit.
- I sometimes run a "Desi Sweat Edition" - basically natural hot yoga, no fan or AC, so you really sweat out toxins and build mental strength.
More Than Just Asanas
- Breathwork is a big part. We use pranayama like Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom to help with stress and focus.
- We do short, simple meditations and end with Savasana, often with singing bowls for that extra calm.
- I pay close attention to posture correction, using props if needed, especially for people with back or neck pain.
How I Teach
- I guide you, not just instruct. I give hands-on help with alignment and make sure everyone is safe.
- Everyone is welcome - men, women, young, old, flexible or not.
- The vibe is supportive and relaxed, not competitive.
The Real Goal
Physical benefits are great - you might notice less pain, more energy, and better strength. But what matters most to me is when you find that samatvam (balance) and feel at peace with yourself.

My Story
12 saal pehle ek photo thi, wahi se sab shuru. Tab samjha nahi, par yoga aur meditation ne sab kuch badal diya. Bachpan se ek hi race mein daud rahe the - school, naukri, phir kya? Life usse bahut badi hai. Main aksar pahadon, nadiyon ke paas shaant baithta hoon, wahi asli sukoon milta hai. Tension sabko aati hai, mujhe bhi. Par yoga ne mujhe andar se align kiya. Jaise Osho kehte hain, 'सारा जीवन एक नाटक है!' Bas, ab zyada tension nahi leta.
