About Yoga Classes
My Approach
Yoga, for me, is all about finding balance in mind and body - 'Samata ko hi yog kaha jaata hai' (Equanimity is called Yoga). I teach with the idea that a pose should feel steady yet comfortable - 'Sthirasukham asanam'. It’s not about forcing yourself, but feeling at home in your own skin.
What Happens in Class
I see myself as a guide, not some guru. I’ll help you with alignment, give hands-on support if you need it, and try to create a space where you can just be real. You’ll probably sweat, maybe laugh, sometimes feel emotional. I believe in turning tears into prayers and nerves into faith, and that's what I try to hold space for.
How We Practice
You can join group classes at my studio in Sagar Pur, Delhi, or try personal training at home anywhere in Delhi if you want something tailored. Online yoga practice is also available, so you can connect from anywhere - we cover flexibility, strength, meditation, and even power yoga.

What We Work On
We build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect work on hips, back, legs, with poses like Headstand, Crow, Wheel and more. You’ll get both physical and mental benefits - yoga for stress relief and a bit of peace.
