Why I Teach Pilates

For me, Pilates is more than just exercise. It's about connecting your body, mind, and spirit. I see every session as a chance to celebrate effort, not perfection. Yahan par 'nahi ho raha to nahi karna hai' ka scene nahi hai (here, it's not about giving up if you can't do it). If you show up and try, even if 'thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya' (you couldn't do much, but you did it), that's what counts.

How We Train: The SRA Way

We stick to the basics that work - breath, concentration, and control. Your core (abs, back, hips) is your powerhouse. Every move is about precision and flow, not just reps. Over time, you’ll notice your movements getting smoother and stronger.

Who Can Join?

Pilates for beginners is a big part of what we do. If you’re stiff, new to exercise, or just unsure, I’ll guide you step by step. Men, seniors, and anyone dealing with aches or bad posture - you’re welcome. Pilates for back pain and rehab is something we take seriously. Seniors love the low-impact style for balance and strength.

Classes & Equipment

We offer one-on-one and small group classes. You’ll get to try Mat, Reformer Pilates classes, Cadillac, Tower, Barrels, and even Aerial Pilates. We mix things up with props and new equipment so it never gets boring.

My Story

Hey, I’m Sunita - the S in SRA Pilates. This isn’t just a studio, it’s my second home and yours too if you walk in. I started SRA so folks could feel supported, not lost in a crowd. We vibe together, whether sweating in Bandra or chilling at a retreat in Goa. Got Gyrotonic, got good energy, got people showing up for themselves. That’s what keeps me going. Proud of every single one.

My Work
