About Aerial Yoga
Strength & Flexibility: My Core Belief
I believe strength and flexibility have to go together. My classes are about helping you challenge yourself, but always at your own speed. The main goal - feel good in your body and enjoy the moment, not just push through.
Aerial Yoga - What’s It Really Like?
Imagine hanging out in a soft hammock, floating above the floor. We use this fabric to stretch, swing, flip, and move in ways you probably haven’t tried before. It’s a solid workout, but honestly, it feels like play most days. Aerial yoga for flexibility is a big part, but so is just having fun.
What Happens in Class
- We start with basic strength drills, mostly for core and upper body. You’ll see your progress, even if you’re a bit unsure at first.
- The hammock lets us get into crazy-deep stretches, especially for hips and back.
- We work on moving with the fabric, learning graceful flows, and sometimes some bold flips or tricks if you’re up for it.
- Inversions are a key thing - hanging upside down gives your spine a good break and a whole new view!
Can Anyone Try This?
Of course. Beginner-friendly aerial yoga is my thing - fitness level or age, doesn’t matter. I started late myself. You’ll probably “fail” a bit in the beginning (sabko hota hai yaar - everyone goes through it), but that’s normal. Come with an open mind, and just give it a shot.
Solo or With a Buddy
Most classes are group-based with your own hammock. If you want, try partner aerial yoga classes - it’s a fun way to build trust and laughs with a friend.
The Studio
Our spot in Goregaon has big mirrors, solid safety mats (aerial yoga hammock safety is a priority), and a chill, supportive vibe. All the equipment is pro-level, so you can focus on flying, not worrying.

My Story
Age? Bas number hai yaar (it's just a number, friend). Today I hit 50, feels wild, but honestly, inside I’m buzzing like I’m 28. Vegan life, daily movement, and a bit of pagalpan (craziness) keep me young. I dance in the rain, laugh a lot, and don’t let anyone tell me how aging should look. If you ask me, energy and passion make you feel younger than any birthday ever could.
My Work
Yoga & Movement Classes - I teach Aerial Yoga for beginners, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Animal Flow, partner yoga, and yoga for weight loss.
My Approach - Strength and flexibility go together. We do both, mixing drills for active mobility and passive flexibility.
How I Teach - I break down tough poses into simple steps. No stress if you fail, just keep showing up at your own pace.
Who Can Join? - Anyone wanting to challenge themselves—beginner or pro. If you want to feel strong, flexible, and younger, come along.
