Why I Love Group Reformer Pilates

Pilates for me is way more than just a workout. It’s a mix of movement, breath, and a bit of self-discovery. The studio feels like a second home - you walk in and the stress kinda melts away.

What Happens in Class

The vibe here is always buzzing. It’s not like those intense gyms - it’s more like hanging out with friends who happen to be sweating together. We cheer each other on, and honestly, the energy is contagious.

Every session is a full body pilates workout. Expect your core to get a lot of attention - that’s where all movement starts. You’ll feel the gudgudahat (that tingly burn) and kulbulahat (restless energy) in your muscles, which means you’re getting stronger. We use the Reformer, jumpboards for a bit of cardio pilates with jumpboard, and props like magic circles, balls, and dumbbells to keep things interesting.

Pilates community classes here are for everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or you’ve been at it for years. We tweak things so you get what your body needs, no matter your age or fitness level.
