Introductory Trial Session & Assessment
Core Session Details
- Duration: 60 minutes strictly including briefing.
- Format: Small group setting with 1-on-1 machine orientation.
- Scope: Mandatory body composition and posture evaluation.
Facility & Equipment
- Machinery: Merrithew Stott Pilates SPX Max Reformer.
- Props: Usage of Magic Circle, Pilates Box, and Jumpboard.
- Amenities: Air-conditioned studio with basic changing facilities.
Booking Policy
- Cancellation: 24-hour notice required to avoid full fee forfeiture.
- Requirement: Injury disclosure necessary before booking.
Short-Term Monthly Packages (8-12 Classes)
Plan Structure
- Variants: 8 sessions (valid 4 weeks) or 12 sessions (valid 5 weeks).
- Flexi Option: 10 sessions valid for 2 months (higher price point).
- Format: Small group reformer classes with high energy pacing.
Workout Focus
- Goals: Core engagement, glute sculpting, and posture correction.
- Apparatus: Rotation of Reformer, Box, and Stability Balls.
- Intensity: High intensity designed to induce muscle soreness.

- 8-Session Plan: No freezing allowed.
- 12-Session Plan: Maximum 1 week freeze available for 1,000 INR fee.
- Cancellation: Morning classes by 9:00 PM previous day; Evening classes by 1:00 PM same day.
- Refund: Strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Quarterly Membership Series (24-36 Classes)
Volume Options
- Quantity: Choice of 24 sessions (2x weekly) or 36 sessions (3x weekly).
- Validity: Hard stop at 14 weeks.
- Benefit: Lowest per-session rate available at the studio.
Training Scope
- Progression: Moves from stability fundamentals to dynamic flows and cardio.
- Focus: Long-term spinal flexibility and injury prevention.
Membership Policies
- Freezing: Maximum 2 weeks total allowed at a cost of 1,000 INR per week.
- Late Cancel: Sessions deducted if cancelled after cut-off times.

What’s Reformer Pilates?
It’s a full-body workout on a Reformer machine. You use springs for resistance, which helps with core strength training, flexibility, and control. It’s about connecting your mind and muscles for precise movement.

Literally anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or a pro, young or old. No experience needed. Everyone’s welcome.

Our Juhu studio is peaceful, full of light, and energy. We use top Merrithew and Stott Pilates reformers, plus props like Magic Circle, Pilates Box, and Jumpboard to keep things fun.
