Aerial fitness looks smooth on Insta, but trust me, it's sweaty, tough, and nothing like circus tricks. I’ve spent years figuring out how to fly and flip without faceplanting, and helping others get there too. The best part? That rush when you finally nail a move you thought was impossible.
Every session mixes aerial hammock workout moves with yoga, pilates, and bodyweight strength training. We start with basics, focusing on core, upper body, and technique. Safety is a non-negotiable. Once you're ready, we go for aerial acrobatics class skills like drops and flows, but always step-by-step.
You don’t need to be flexible, a dancer, or even know what a hammock is. Most folks walk in with zero experience. Classes are small so I can actually help you, not just shout instructions from across the room. Bring your effort, and maybe some jugaad (improvisation) spirit.
Group aerial fitness sessions in Marol and Powai, private classes for focused training, custom group events, or one-off workshops (sometimes in Bandra). Try one, see what clicks.

My Story
My Work
What I teach - Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Aerial Pilates. Group classes, private lessons, workshops, even office sessions to de-stress.
How my classes feel - Tough-love, lots of laughs, and sometimes a crazy routine. We’re a community, not just a class.
Who can join - Anyone! Total newbies or yogis. You just gotta show up and try. I’ll guide you, promise.
What to expect - Not just floating. Real strength training with yoga. You’ll get powerful, focused, and grounded.
Never boring - Always something new - spicy aerial yoga flow or just hanging out. No dull classes, ever.
