- Format: 1 Instructor : 2 Clients (Requires bringing a partner).

Equipment & Guidance
- Shared Apparatus: Use of the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower and auxiliary units.
- Jump-Stretch Board: Usage of the singular Jump-Stretch Board may be rotated between partners during the hour.
- Instruction Style: Verbal cueing and visual demonstration take precedence over constant hands-on correction.

Why I Teach Gyrotonic
I brought Gyrotonic to India because I wanted people to feel free in their bodies, not just follow another workout trend. This method is all about moving in spirals and circles, letting your joints breathe and your spine feel long. If you’re tired of feeling stiff or disconnected, this is for you.
How It Feels (And How It’s Different)
People always ask if it’s like Pilates. Pilates is precise and structured, but Gyrotonic feels like you’re untying knots inside your body. It’s three-dimensional, fluid, and gives you a sense of space and release you won’t find elsewhere. You’ll notice the difference the moment you try spiral movement exercises.

The Equipment We Use
We were the first studio in India to bring in the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Our machines move with you, not against you. The Jump-Stretch Board lets you jump and stretch without strain, and the Leg Extension Unit helps you align and tone your legs safely.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sunita - the S in SRA Pilates. This isn’t just a studio, it’s my second home and yours too if you walk in. I started SRA so folks could feel supported, not lost in a crowd. We vibe together, whether sweating in Bandra or chilling at a retreat in Goa. Got Gyrotonic, got good energy, got people showing up for themselves. That’s what keeps me going.
