About Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation
Why I Do What I Do
Pilates is more than just a workout for me - it’s how I help people heal. My studio feels like a second home, not just a gym. Most folks who come in say it’s their happy space, where they can switch off stress and focus on themselves. I’m here to help you build real, long-term resilience through mindful movement.
Who This Is For
- If you’re recovering from neck, shoulder, or lower back injuries and can’t do high-intensity stuff, I’ve got your back.
- Struggling with chronic pain? I work with people dealing with sciatica, lower back pain, and neck tension.
- Desk job messing up your posture? We’ll work on standing tall and feeling confident.
- Got conditions like Scoliosis, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, or Parkinson’s? I make custom plans for you.
- Seniors love our low-impact approach - it’s all about balance, flexibility, and keeping you active.
How We Work
- No one-size-fits-all here. Your journey is personal.
- We go slow and controlled - not about killing it, but protecting your joints and spine while building deep strength.
- The mindset is never “ki nahi ho raha to nahi karna hai” (if you can’t do it, you don’t just skip it). We find what works for you.
- Core strengthening for back pain is a big focus - your powerhouse supports everything.
What We Use
- Full Pilates setup: Reformer, Cadillac, EXO Chair.
- First in India with the Gyrotonic® Jump-Stretch Board - helps create space in your joints with smooth, circular moves.
The Real Journey
Progress isn’t about perfection. Even if you feel “thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya” (didn’t do much, but did something), that’s a win. Every small step counts. We celebrate every bit of effort, together.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sunita - the S in SRA Pilates. This isn’t just a studio, it’s my second home and yours too if you walk in. I started SRA so folks could feel supported, not lost in a crowd. We vibe together, whether sweating in Bandra or chilling at a retreat in Goa. Got Gyrotonic, got good energy, got people showing up for themselves. That’s what keeps me going. Proud of every single one.
My Work
All About Movement, Not Just Exercise - I offer pilates (mat, reformer, aerial), Gyrotonic Jump-Stretch Board, rehab, and nutrition - at Bandra and Chembur.

Mindful Movement Therapy - We focus on breath, control, and moving with intention. People say it feels like therapy, not just a workout.
SRA Family Vibes - You’re not just a client. You join a warm, supportive crew. We celebrate wins, big and small.
