About Aerial Yoga
Why I Chose the Hammock
Building core and shoulder strength was always my struggle. Anything that needed upper body power, I would run away from. Then I found aerial hammock yoga, and honestly, it changed everything. Getting strong wasn’t easy, but the aerial fabric made the journey way more fun and less intimidating. Now, it’s my space to play and fly - and I love sharing that energy with others.
What Happens in My Class
We call it yoga in the air, but it’s not just about doing fancy tricks. I use a soft hammock, hanging from the ceiling, to help you move, stretch, and flow. You’ll work with your own body weight - but most people say it feels more playful than gym workouts. Expect a mix of traditional yoga, a bit of dance, and sometimes moves that look like acrobatics.
- Focus on building core strength with aerial yoga
- Deep stretch aerial yoga helps you open up safely, even if you’re not super flexible
- Yoga inversions for beginners are totally doable - going upside down feels weird at first but you get used to it and it’s kinda freeing
More Than Just Exercise
We don’t just hold poses. I teach transitions, flowing from one shape to another so you feel light and graceful. There’s a lot of laughter, and sometimes a bit of nervousness too - but you’ll surprise yourself.
Floating Sound Bath
For the days when you just want to chill, I do floating sound bath sessions. You’ll be cocooned in the hammock while sound vibrations melt away stress. It’s next-level calm.
Real Talk
Aerial yoga takes time and commitment. Some days you’ll feel strong, some days not so much. But if you stick with it, you’ll see progress - in strength, flexibility, and courage.
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - let’s fly and grow together.

My Story
Funny thing, I grew up in a house full of music but never vibed with it till I picked up the singing bowls. Now, each bowl kinda sings back at me, you know? Wasn’t strong at all before, hated those tough yoga poses – but the ones you dodge are the ones you need most, trust me. Years of sweating it out, found my core, found my calm. Meditation and puja were just routine till I moved out. That’s when they saved my sanity. Now I’m plant-based, vegan, and just grateful I get to share all this with folks who cross my path.
My Work
Classes & Workshops - I teach Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing Meditation, and give diet advice – all in one place.
Yoga – Strength & Calm - We blend strength, flexibility, and breath. Yoga is my moving meditation, even on crazy days.
Sound Healing Meditation - Just listen to the Himalayan singing bowls, let the vibrations do their thing. We also do chakra balancing and Tratak (candle gazing).
Aerial Yoga - Yoga in the air! Upside down in a hammock, working on core strength and mobility. I call it Yog with Wings.
Mixed Yoga Workshops - Sessions mix yoga philosophy, Hatha, breathwork, and finish with meditation or a sound bath.
