Pilates is my way of living, not just a workout. That’s why I started these retreats - to take mindful movement and the SRA vibe out of the studio and into the world. It’s about stepping away from your daily grind and finding yourself again, somewhere peaceful.

How We Move
Mat Pilates is at the heart of everything. I won’t lie, it’s tough. But that’s where the real change happens. We do outdoor group workouts, pushing each other, cheering each other on. My motto is effort over perfection. Even if you feel, “thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya” (even if you couldn’t do much, you still did it), that’s what matters.
Where We Go
We mix our love for Pilates with travel. From Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah to Varanasi, Rishikesh, and Goa, every spot brings its own vibe. Imagine your mat class on a green lawn, new scenery, new energy.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sunita - the S in SRA Pilates. This isn’t just a studio, it’s my second home and yours too if you walk in. I started SRA so folks could feel supported, not lost in a crowd. We vibe together, whether sweating in Bandra or chilling at a retreat in Goa. Got Gyrotonic, got good energy, got people showing up for themselves. That’s what keeps me going. Proud of every single one.
My Work
All About Movement, Not Just Exercise - I offer pilates (mat, reformer, aerial), Gyrotonic Jump-Stretch Board, rehab, and nutrition - at Bandra and Chembur.
Personal Touch, Always - No cookie-cutter stuff here. I keep classes small, watch your form, and give tailored feedback.
