About Pilates Training
My Approach: Core First, Control Always
Pilates is more than a workout for me - it’s how I reset, heal, and get stronger. I believe in moving with intention, not just going through the motions. Every session is about connecting breath, mind, and body. I’m all about quality over quantity, so expect to focus on precision and control.
What You’ll Experience
I won’t sugarcoat it - my classes are tough. You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know you had, and yes, the burn is real. But I’m right there with you, pushing you past “I can’t” until you surprise yourself. I give clear cues and hands-on guidance so you move safely and get real results.
- Deep core strength for stability
- Better posture and alignment
- Flexibility and less stiffness
- Sculpted, resilient body
- Stress relief and mental reset

My Story
People always ask, so here’s the truth - I teach Pilates because I love it, and I’ve been at it for 18 years. Balanced Body Master Educator - yeah, sounds fancy, but to me it means I get to help you really understand movement. Got a 'Women Icon of India' award recently, but honestly, my real win is watching students go from nervous to strong. My classes? Not just exercises, it’s about finding your power and moving with intention. That’s what keeps me going.
