You will notice that our members talk about 'feeling' the difference—not just looking it. That is because we keep our group classes small, with only 4 to 6 people per batch. This allows us to give you real, tactile corrections on your form, whether you are using the Reformer, Cadillac, or simple floor mats. You are never just a number here, even in a group session.
