5-Day Domestic Hill Station Retreat
Core Training
- Instructor: Sessions led by Yogacharya Sunil Maan (Former Mr. India) or senior academy staff.
- Morning Routine: 90-minute Hatha/Power Yoga and Meditation, often conducted outdoors in meadows or riverbanks.
- Evening Routine: Pranayama, Om/Mantra chanting, and Philosophy/Satsang sessions.
- Focus: Includes 'Manipura Dhyan' for confidence boosting.
Travel & Accommodation
- Stay: 4 Nights / 5 Days in 3-Star equivalent Hill Resorts or Wooden Cottages.
- Transport: Round-trip AC Tempo Traveler or Deluxe Bus from Delhi/NCR (includes local transfers).
- Meals: Full board included (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Menu is vegetarian home-style food suitable for yoga practice.
Activities
- Nature: Guided trekking to waterfalls or nature walks in local meadows.
- Culture: Visits to local temples (Devi temples/Manikaran Sahib) and evening Aartis.

About Yoga & Wellness Retreats
I started these retreats because I saw how much tanaav (stress) people face these days. Growing up in a Haryana village, I learnt early that seva (service) is the best way to make a difference. My simple aim: help folks like you find a real break with a bit of aadhyatmik (spiritual) touch.
What Happens Here
We’re not just doing asanas all day. Yoga, for me, means reconnecting with yourself and with others. Each day, we practice yoga in beautiful places - sometimes near a river, sometimes under pine trees. Morning meditation and pranayama (breathwork) help you leave worries behind. Special sessions like MANIPURA Dhyan are there if you want to dig deeper or work on confidence.
Travel Meets Wellness
We explore together, whether it’s the Himalayas or the world heritage sites in Nepal. Sometimes the air is thin and the treks are tough, but that’s what makes it real. This is a mindful group retreat, not a luxury holiday. Expect some tired legs, but also chai with new friends and sunsets you’ll remember.

My Story
Pranam, Namaskar. Hum Arya Power Yoga Academy. Haryana ke ek chhote gaon se safar shuru hua, par asli yoga ki yatra tab shuru hui jab parivaar ko zarurat thi. Bombay ki bhaag-daud aur tanaav ne samjhaya ki yog hi raasta hai. Humne Swami Sivananda ke ashram, Mysore aur kai sansthano se yoga seekha. Ab, humara maksad hai ki har kisi tak yog ki seva pohcha sakein, bina kisi polish ke, asli zindagi ke saath.
My Work
Har kisi ke liye yoga - Power Yoga for stress relief, Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga classes, Aerial Yoga for flexibility, Wheel Yoga, Desk Detox, kids yoga, Yoga Teacher Training retreats.
Saans pe dhyaan - Box breathing technique aur simple shwaas ki vidhiyaan sikhate hain, stress turant kam hota hai.
Asli yog ka safar - Asanas hi nahi, 8 limbs of yoga ko jeene ki koshish. Strength aur flexibility, dono pe kaam karte hain.
