For those in and around Delhi-NCR, I offer short, non-residential retreats to help you recharge without traveling far. These weekend getaways provide a complete reset with yoga, meditation, and sattvic food in a tranquil local setting.

Yoga for All Ages: Family & Kids Retreats

I believe in sowing the seeds of yoga early. My family retreats are designed for parents and children (ages 5 to 12) to learn and grow together through playful asanas, creative activities, and Karma Yoga in a fun, supportive camp environment.

The Yogic Path: Asana, Pranayama & Meditation

My sessions are rooted in traditional techniques to build a strong and holistic practice. We focus on correct alignment in asanas for physical health, and use pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation) to calm the mind and channel prana (life force).

Nourish & Connect: Sattvic Meals & Karma Yoga

Food at my retreats is an experience in itself. We share pure, balanced (sattvic) vegetarian meals, including traditional Kerala Sadya feasts, prepared with love and intention as a form of Karma Yoga (selfless service).

Deepening the Journey: Advanced Teacher Training

For those ready to venture deeper, the Advanced Teachers’ Training Course (ATTC) offers an intensive immersion. This program includes four hours of daily asana, in-depth anatomy, and a chance to live the ashram life as a student once again.
