About Nourish & Connect: Sattvic Meals & Karma Yoga

In my cooking workshops and retreats, we do not just eat; we learn to prepare food with conscious intention. We strip back the complexity—avoiding onions, garlic, and excessive oil—to let natural flavors shine, ensuring the meal is light on the body and calm for the mind.
