About Yoga Retreats
Why I Do What I Do
Sometimes, life gets too noisy and we forget what calm feels like. My retreats are a chance to pause, breathe, and actually listen to yourself. I put together these programs so you can step out of your usual routine, reconnect with your prana (energy), and just chill in a natural, peaceful spot.
What You’ll Get
- Daily yoga sessions for all levels. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or know your way around a mat.
- Shared cottages that feel like home but also help you meet others on the same journey.
- Two vegetarian meals a day - simple, tasty, and good for your body.
- The locations are pretty special - think mountain yoga retreat vibes, lots of greenery, quiet mornings.
- Some time off for local exploring, so you can check out the culture or just wander.
How My Retreats Work
I stick to the basics of proper exercise (asanas), breathing (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation. No fancy stuff, just a holistic yoga experience that helps you reset. Sometimes, we take it international, like the recent escape in Chiang Rai, Thailand, which was super easy for Indian passport holders.
The Real Deal
It’s not a luxury vacation, and you might have to share space or step out of your comfort zone. But that’s how you grow, right? If you want to stay longer or have questions about dates, just ask. I’m flexible where I can be.
Om.

My Story
Namaste, Blessed Self! We are Sivananda Yoga Dwarka Centre, a nonprofit where yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s living fully, finding peace, bit by bit. Our vibe? Simple: move, breathe, eat right, chill out, and think good thoughts. Festivals like Maha Shivratri, Gurupoornima, we celebrate with pooja, bhajan, havan. Our regular satsang is open for all - just walk in, join the group, feel the energy. No barriers, all hearts welcome.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Workshops - From yoga for beginners Dwarka to advanced headstand workshop, prenatal yoga classes, and kids yoga, we run all sorts.
Start Your Yoga Journey - Begin with our course - learn basic postures, surya namaskar, pranayama, and how to really relax.
Deepen Your Practice - Move to advanced classes or join shat kriya cleansing workshops. Master headstand, try jala neti, explore deeper.
Holistic Yoga Approach - It’s not just exercise. Group meditation sessions and pranayama workshops help you focus, balance, and boost your mood.
