Why We Do Retreats
We're a mother-daughter team who see yoga as way more than just exercise. For us, joy (ānanda) is your natural state, and these retreats are all about finding that spark again. It’s a pause from the usual rush, a mindful travel experience that lets you slow down and actually breathe.
What’s the Vibe?
- Daily Hatha yoga retreat sessions, sometimes on mountain tops, sometimes by the sea.
- Meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to quiet the mind.
- Special workshops—if you’re keen on learning, our Headstand sessions are a hit.
- Nature walks, monastery visits, and time spent outdoors. Feels good to move and explore.
- Some retreats include Kirtan Bhakti (chanting) or Nāda Yoga (sound yoga) for those who vibe with music and community.
- You’ll eat, laugh, and swap stories with us and the group. Once you’re in, you’re part of our PAYoga family.
How We Teach
Our style is rooted in traditional Sivananda Hatha. We keep it real, focus on what feels good, and welcome both regulars and anyone who’s ready to go deeper. No pressure for perfect poses—just show up with an open mind.
Where We Go
We pick locations for their calm and beauty. Think mountain yoga escape in Dharamshala, beach meditation getaway in Bali, or golden dunes in Jaisalmer.
Is It For You?
We’re best for people already practicing yoga, ideally familiar with our classes. Age range is pretty broad—18 to 60. If you’ve got health stuff going on, chat with us first.
You get a comfy stay, breakfast, all yoga and meditation, and planned excursions. Flights and extra meals are on you.

My Story
Namaste! We’re Preeti & Anushka – maa-beti (mother-daughter) duo from Delhi. I’m Preeti, started yoga at 47, now flipping into poses at 54. Age is just a number, yaar. Anushka left her corporate life behind for the mat, and together, we mix old-school Sivananda yoga with a bit of new vibes. When we’re not teaching, you'll catch me on the tennis court or Anushka chasing waves. We just want folks to feel strong, happy, and real.

Mindful Practice - We focus on breath, presence, and connecting body-mind. Yoga here isn’t about looking perfect.
