Yoga with us is not just bending and stretching. I believe it’s a way to add energy and beauty to every part of you - body, mind, and soul. We start with shuddhi (purification) and guide you on food habits too, because wellness needs a rounded approach.

Classes That Fit Your Life

Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll find a batch here. We run both online yoga classes for beginners and in-studio sessions at Airoli. There’s regular yoga for general fitness, plus weight loss yoga where we use Power Vinyasa Yoga to detox the body, minus harsh diets. If props help you, we’ve got Props Yoga using blocks and belts for safer, deeper stretches. For those needing something softer, I offer yoga for senior citizens and chair yoga for mobility concerns. Our therapeutic yoga sessions are gentle and include free medical advice for health issues.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Dr. Sandeep Dongre. Yoga for me? It’s not just stretching or breathing. It’s about waking up that inner Shakti and letting it rise. I started The Ashtanga Institute to keep yoga real – not just textbook stuff, but living, breathing tradition. We do trips to Kaivalyadham, celebrate Mahashivratri, feed cows, all that. I want my students to heal, grow, and make yoga their life, not just a side thing.

My Work

All Our Courses - We run Multistyle Yoga TTC (100, 200, 300 hrs), DNYS, Power Yoga, Face Yoga workshop, Massage, Sujok, Diet & Nutrition, plus regular and corporate yoga.

Career Guidance - Hum sirf yoga nahi sikhate (We don’t just teach yoga), we show you how to set up your own practice and grow it, step by step.

Real Yoga Knowledge - No shortcut poses here. We dive into anatomy, pranayama, shuddhi kriya, and full philosophy. Kundalini awakening course is our specialty.
