About Yoga Classes
Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga isn’t just about bending and stretching for me. It’s about finding a rhythm between breath and movement - iska ulta rehta hai (it’s the opposite of what most fitness routines teach). I want you to feel at home in your body, not pressured to perform. Some days you’ll feel strong, some days you’ll just want to breathe. Both are okay.
What You’ll Find in My Classes
I offer classes in Mumbai, Pune, Thane, and online. You can pick what suits your mood:
- Hatha yoga for beginners and restorative sessions if you want to slow down, relax, or work on basics.
- Ashtanga and Vinyasa for those who like a dynamic flow and want to connect breath to movement.
- Something hatke (different): aerial yoga with hammocks, cardio-yoga fusion for a sweat, and partner yoga for trust and fun.
Yoga for Every Body
Doesn’t matter if you’re new or advanced. I give modifications for every level. Moms and moms-to-be can join my pre and postnatal yoga classes, including Garbhasanskar. Corporate teams can try chair yoga and wellness sessions at work.
How I Teach
Safety and alignment come first. I use props like blocks, belts, and chairs - they help you get deeper into poses without injury. I’ll guide you hands-on, but only if you’re comfortable.
What Changes
Yoga for stress relief, better sleep, flexibility, posture, and even help with PCOD or back pain. My community is tight-knit - people come for yoga, stay for the support.

My Story
So, when we kicked off Asan Yoga in 2019, honestly, I wasn't your typical yoga buff. Weightlifting, running - that was my jam. But yoga got me hooked; it’s got everything, man! Flexibility, cardio, and this crazy body awareness. Our tribe’s spread from Mumbai to Pune, Thane - feels like magic. Folks come in, and they stick around. Deepika ma’am always says, yoga is not just asanas, it’s how you live. Progress, not perfection. We meet you where you are.

Breathwork and posture correction - It’s not just poses. Learn pranayama and meditation, plus how to fix your posture for real balance.
