I always say - breathing is life, and most of us forget how to do it right. My yoga classes are built on this simple truth. Everything starts with your breath, not with fancy poses.
My Way: Unleash. Align. Unite.
I don’t offer cookie-cutter yoga sessions. Each class is a personal journey inward. You’ll:

What Happens In Class
I follow Guru-Shishya Parampara, which means I treat teaching as a real relationship, not just instructions. I’m strict about tiny details - it’s not about touching toes but keeping your spine straight, understanding why you move the way you do. That’s how energy (pran) really flows.
For every pose, I use props like blocks, straps, wall ropes - so every body type and level feels included. If you fall, it’s part of learning. I’m there to guide you, with hands-on yoga alignment so you’re safe and confident.
Breathwork is always central. Forward bend karoge toh exhale karoge, peeche jaoge toh inhale karoge (Bending forward you exhale, going back you inhale) - I’ll keep cueing you so your breath matches movement.
We also spend time on mindful movement and meditation, using concepts like Abhyasa (practice) and Vairagya (letting go).
