This is the first thing potential students will see. It’s a curated collection to showcase the essence of my teaching: a blend of authentic practice, expert guidance, and a supportive community. Each visual is chosen to tell a part of the story of what it means to practice with me.

Trust and balance are at the heart of yoga. Here, we explore AcroYoga, moving from a stable plank to Dhanurasana in the air. It’s a practice that builds not just physical strength but also deep connection and communication between partners.

This is what our community looks like: students of all levels exploring their potential together. Here, some are practicing Sirsasana (headstand), a foundational inversion that builds focus and strength. We welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners.

I believe in hands-on guidance to ensure safety and proper alignment. In this clip, I'm assisting a student with the transition from Supta Kurmasana to Dwi Pada Sirsasana, helping her deepen the pose safely and effectively. This personal attention is a core part of my teaching.

We use props not as a crutch, but as a tool for deeper understanding. Here, students are using ropes and stability balls, inspired by Iyengar yoga, to refine their alignment and safely explore backbends and inversions. This method makes advanced postures more accessible.

I break down complex poses into simple, manageable steps. This tutorial shows the beginner-friendly approach to Kakasana (Crow Pose), focusing on weight distribution, core engagement, and building confidence. My goal is to make every asana achievable through consistent practice.

This is what dedication looks like. I am so proud of my student Jyoti, who went from learning the basics of a headstand to holding it with closed eyes for 43 minutes. Her journey is a testament to the power of consistent practice and discipline.

Yoga is freedom, not a uniform. In this video, I address the myth that you need specific clothes to be a "yogi." True yoga is an inward journey of practice (kriya), not outward appearance. It is about uniting with the universe, not following rigid rules.

This is an example of an Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, moving with breath from Vishwamitrasana, a challenging arm balance and hip opener, into Paschimottanasana, a deep forward fold. This kind of dynamic movement builds heat, strength, and focus.
