Pricing Guide
In-Studio Monthly Membership
Schedule & Access
Access to 3 to 5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday schedule). Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Studio Facilities
Located in Mulund West (near Devi Dayal Garden). The space is air-conditioned with laminate wooden flooring, a common changing area, and storage for bags.
Equipment & Props
Full usage of studio-grade props including Wall Ropes (for spinal traction), high-density foam blocks, wooden blocks, cotton belts, and bolsters.
Practice Style
A mix of Ashtanga and Hatha styles focusing on alignment. Includes mantra chanting, warm-ups, asana practice, and hands-on physical adjustments by the instructor.
Live Online Membership
Platform & Timing
Live interactive sessions via Google Meet. Fixed morning slot (typically 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM, Mon-Fri).
Interactive Format
Two-way video format allowing the instructor to observe the student and provide real-time verbal cues and alignment corrections.
Scope of Practice
Focused on Hatha and Ashtanga flows adapted for home environments. Includes Surya Namaskar, core strengthening, and flexibility work without reliance on studio props.
Vayu Pranayama Batch
Duration & Schedule
30-minute focused sessions via Google Meet (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM).
Curriculum
Deep dive into Pranayama techniques (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika) and guided Dhyana (Meditation).
Format
Audio-visual instruction focused on seated posture and breathing mechanics. This session does not include physical asana workouts.

Yoga isn’t just poses for me - it’s a way to quiet the mind and grow stronger inside and out. As the founder of Kaya Yoga Studio, I see the mat as a place to connect body, mind, and breath. Honestly, agar dekha jaye (if you see), it’s about self-love more than perfect postures.

Walk into our Mulund West shala (yoga school) and you’ll feel it - we’re pyare log (lovely people) who look out for each other. Whether you join in person or through online group yoga classes, you become part of this community. People encourage each other, and everyone grows at their own pace.
How Classes Work
- Two main formats: in-studio (Mulund West) and live online
- Hatha yoga group sessions and some Ashtanga elements
- Studio has all props and wall ropes for deeper work
- Online classes are live, interactive, and good for keeping up practice from home
- I give hands-on adjustments in studio, and detailed cues online
My Teaching Approach
- Alignment first - I focus on correct posture, always
- Breath-led movement, not rushing through asanas
- Holistic mix: asanas, vinyasa flows, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras
- If you have a slip disk, sciatica, or BP issues, I suggest modifications for safety

My Story
Namaste, I’m Karishma, heart behind Kaya Yoga Studio. Yoga, for me, isn’t just a job—it’s how I found my own peace. My journey? Full-on ups and downs, but my guru’s 21-day course changed everything. Self-love, I learnt, is sometimes tough love. My shala’s got that home feel—my students, my pyare log, are family. My Guru drops in sometimes and the whole place lights up. I just want to pass on what I’ve received, guide folks to find their own bliss.
My Work
Yoga classes & workshops - We offer Ashtanga yoga classes in Mulund, Hatha yoga for beginners, pranayama, and sound healing workshops—online and offline.
Focus on alignment & breath - Big on alignment correction and breathwork. If your spine’s not happy, nothing works! Spiritually bhi, sab kuch spine se connected hai (everything’s linked to your spine).
Flexibility, strength, and more - Yoga isn’t just for losing weight or getting bendy. We build strength, balance, and sometimes, just chill together.
Kaya Family Community - It’s all about community. We sweat, laugh, and support each other—more than just a class, it’s a journey.
