Why I Teach Advanced Yoga
For me, yoga is more than asana. It's a way to break free from all the bandhan (restrictions) holding you back. I see advanced yoga and teacher training as a "work-in", not just a workout. You come here to dig deep into your practice, challenge yourself, and really get to know who you are.
Who Should Join
If you're already serious about yoga, ready for tougher stuff, or want to teach with confidence - this is for you. Many who join me want to master inversion mastery techniques and get a grip on the reasons behind each posture. Teachers come to refine their skills and learn how to guide students safely.
What We Cover
We break down advanced asanas - headstands, handstands, arm balances, deep backbends, and wild flexibility moves like Hanumanasana. I teach the details of yoga anatomy for teachers, so you know exactly how and why each movement works. Breathwork is big here - pranayama for advanced yogis, kumbhakas, and bandhas to level up your focus. Shatkarmas cleansing practices (like Jalneti) are part of the training, especially for those dealing with city life and pollution.
How I Teach
My style is old-school - Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar. It's about progression, safety, and personal attention. You learn how to teach advanced stuff, correct alignment, adjust safely, and use props when you need them. I only teach what I practice myself.
कर्म करो, फल की चिंता मत करो (Just practice, don’t worry about the outcome). That's my mantra. Yoga lets you become better than your own past self. Bas, practice karte raho (Just keep practicing).

My Story
12 years back, I left drugs, started from zero. Now, fear’s gone - I just live. Yoga’s my life, not just a mat thing. Mountains, rivers, forts - I do inversions anywhere, crazy solo treks too. गड किल्ले एकांतात पाहणे, that’s magic (seeing forts alone, unforgettable). Bow my head to Shiv Shambhu, always. Want to laugh, dance, love myself, no regrets. If today’s last day, I’ll say - kya zindagi thi yaar, I love you God. Grateful for everyone in this mad ride.
