Yoga is a journey we take together, not a performance. In our sessions, whether in Ghatkopar or Powai, we focus on the discipline of practice and the support of a community that grows stronger with every breath.

Come join us in Ghatkopar. Don’t compromise on your health. Learn authentic yoga under professional guidance from teachers with years of experience in anatomy, philosophy, and therapy.

Our advanced Ashtanga batches are open. Here, students work on mastering asanas, achieving amazing strength and flexibility with a focus on proper alignment to prevent injuries.

Trust the process. Bend the spine and open the mind. A glimpse of our backbending practice in the studio.

We are happy to announce our new class in Hiranandani, Powai. Our classes are based on a modified Ashtanga Vinyasa series to improve strength, flexibility, and fat burning for all levels.

A student working on Purna Bhujangasana (Full Cobra Pose) against the wall. This is an intense backbend that deeply opens the chest and thoracic spine.

Students using the wall to practice Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose). The wall provides support to deepen the stretch in the quadriceps and psoas.

Our Surya Namaskar, Kriyas, and Pranayama batch in Ghatkopar East. This class is focused on mastering the breath to reduce stress, improve organ function, and enhance overall health.

"In backbends, one touches the body physically, mentally, intellectually, consciously and spiritually everywhere." A snapshot of our backbending class.

Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) is not just a backbend; it's a posture of freedom. It opens the heart and energizes the entire body. Here I am holding the pose, focusing on breath and relaxation.

Are you a beginner wanting to start your yoga journey, or a teacher looking to deepen your practice? Our regular batches in Ghatkopar East are open for all levels.

About Our Yogashala: A Community in Practice

I believe in group energy, but that never means getting lost in the crowd. In our Ghatkopar and Powai batches, I keep class sizes limited to 10–15 students so I can provide the hands-on adjustments and technical corrections your body actually needs. You won't just follow a sequence; you'll learn the 'why' behind every movement, ensuring you practice safely and effectively from day one.
