What Our Yoga Space Feels Like
Being on the mat here is like taking a break from all the noise outside. I started this studio because I needed a place that just felt right - now, it's a buzzing community where anyone can walk in and just be. You’ll find all kinds of folks, and the energy is always warm and welcoming.
My Approach to Practice
I’m not chasing perfect poses. I want you to slow down, breathe, and trust what your body is telling you. Balance is the real goal - between strength and flexibility, effort and comfort. Sabse important (most important), you’ll take a bit of that calm with you when you leave.
Diverse Classes for All
Our weekly mix covers loads of styles:
- Hatha Yoga classes for grounding, Vinyasa flows for breath and movement
- Yoga with props: danda (stick), wheel, chair, and blocks - helpful for everyone, not just newbies
- Unique sessions: aerial yoga, partner yoga, and yoga with weights for functional strength
- Special classes: prenatal yoga and kids yoga on Saturdays
Mind and Soul Matter Too
Every class includes meditation and pranayama sessions to help clear your head. Fridays are for sound healing - singing bowls to just melt away stress. Sometimes we chant, sometimes we sit in silence, but it’s always more than just asanas.

Even if you’re far from Delhi, you can join live online yoga classes. Just roll out your mat at home and connect with us.

My Story
Namaste, I'm Rati. You know, I started this studio honestly because I needed a place to just be, to do my yoga without anyone watching or judging. So, no mirrors here - it’s about how you feel, not how you look. Now, the space isn’t just mine anymore, it’s everyone’s. Our yogshala is full of stories, old-school yoga, and real connection. Feels like home, not just a studio.
My Work
Our Offerings - We do Hatha, Aerial, Wheel, Stick, Chair, Partner and Kids Yoga, chakra balancing sessions, sound healing meditation, pranayama, diet consults, and community circles.
No Mirrors, No Judgement - This is a non-judgmental yoga studio. You come as you are, focus on your breath, not on the mirror.
Yoga for Every Body - Beginner or pro, all are welcome. We use props to make traditional yoga practice safe and accessible.
Aerial Yoga for Beginners - Aerial yoga is our crowd favorite - flip, fly, surprise yourself, and leave feeling strong in body and mind.
Community & Connection - We’re a sangha, a community. From partner yoga to kids classes, it’s all about growing together, on and off the mat.
