About Specialty Classes for Everyone
In our Yogshala, we don't believe in mirrors or judgment. Instead, we use props and gentle guidance to help you focus entirely on your breath, your partner, or your growing baby. Every session is designed to make these practices accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience level, so you can walk out feeling more connected to yourself and each other.
Mindful Growth for Little Ones
Our Kids Yoga classes are far more than just exercise. We turn the mat into a playground, using animal-inspired poses, breathing games, and creative activities like coloring to help children develop focus, confidence, and emotional balance from a young age. It is a space where they learn to listen to their own bodies in a calm, non-competitive environment.
Strengthening Bonds Through Partner Yoga
You do not need to be a yoga expert to enjoy partner sessions. We focus on communication, trust, and shared energy. Whether you are coming with a partner, a friend, or family, these poses are about supporting one another in the stretch and finding balance together. It turns a standard workout into a moment of genuine connection.
Nurturing Prenatal Care
Pregnancy is a beautiful, delicate phase, and our prenatal yoga provides a safe, quiet sanctuary for mothers-to-be. We incorporate gentle asanas, targeted breathwork, and deep relaxation techniques designed to relieve pregnancy-related tension and prepare the body for motherhood. It is about honoring the transition you are going through while finding a little bit of peace in your day.
Our Approach to Inclusivity
Because we cap our group sizes at 10 to 14 students, I can ensure every individual gets the alignment correction they need. We rely on props—like danda (sticks), wheels, and blocks—to help you find your pose safely, no matter where your current flexibility level sits.
Rati's Yoga
Namaste, I am Rati. I created this space because I wanted a place to breathe, not just to exercise. Seeing kids learn to sit still, partners laugh through a pose, and mothers find peace on their mat—that is the real energy that keeps me going every day.
