Authentic Hatha and Aerial Yoga in Kailash Colony
Welcome to our Yogshala, a sanctuary designed to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with your true self. We focus on community, breath, and inner alignment—no mirrors, just you and your practice.
In the quiet of our studio, surrounded by the gentle resonance of singing bowls, we find a space to simply be. This is a moment from our sound healing session, where every vibration is an invitation to release stress and reconnect with your inner peace.
Experience the freedom of Aerial Yoga. Here, we use the hammock to support, lengthen, and strengthen the body in ways you never thought possible. It’s a practice of trust, helping you to let go of fear and find a playful lightness in your movement.
The energy of our community shines in this wheel yoga class. With smiles and shared determination, we use the yoga wheel to deepen backbends, challenge our balance, and open our hearts. It’s a beautiful way to explore your limits together.
Discover the power of alignment with Danda Yoga, or yoga with a stick. This traditional prop helps correct posture, deepen stretches safely, and build awareness in every pose, making it perfect for releasing stiffness in the back and shoulders.
Our Kids Yoga sessions are filled with playful movement and mindful fun. We introduce children to the benefits of yoga in a nurturing environment, helping them build focus, confidence, and a healthy connection to their bodies from a young age.
A moment of collective stillness in our sunlit Yogshala. This is where we begin or end our practice, sitting together in meditation to quiet the mind. The shared energy in these moments of silence is truly powerful.
Partner yoga is all about connection, trust, and shared laughter. In this class, we work together to find balance and support each other in different asanas. It’s a wonderful reminder that we grow stronger when we lift each other up.
A few words from me about why I created this space. My goal was to build a sanctuary from the outside noise, a place to go inward without judgment. Now, it has become a beautiful community, and I invite you to experience it for yourself.
Breath is the bridge between body and mind. In our Pranayama and breathwork sessions, we practice conscious breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, balance our energy, and anchor ourselves in the present moment.
You can join our community from anywhere in the world. Our live online yoga classes bring the energy and guidance of the Yogshala directly to your home, so you can roll out your mat and connect with us no matter where you are.
About Featured
You won't find any mirrors in our studio for a specific reason. We intentionally designed our space this way to remove the focus on how a pose looks, shifting your attention entirely to how it feels. It creates a truly non-judgmental environment where you can let go of perfection and simply be present with your breath.
Our studio is built on the belief that yoga is a personal journey, not a performance. When you walk into our Kailash Colony studio, you are encouraged to close your eyes, turn inward, and listen to your body rather than checking your reflection. This approach helps you build a deeper, more honest connection with your practice.
Our community is a vibrant sangha where everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer a wide range of formats to suit different needs. If you are looking to build strength, our Aerial Yoga sessions use silk hammocks to help you decompress and invert safely. For those needing to release stress, our Friday sound healing sessions incorporate Tibetan singing bowls to help quiet the mind. We also prioritize traditional methods, teaching Hatha and Vinyasa flows, and using props like wooden danda (sticks) and wheels to make advanced poses accessible to everyone.
Whether you join us for a group Hatha session, a specialized prenatal class, or our weekend kids' workshops, the goal remains the same: to create a space that feels like home. We keep our group sizes small, usually capped at 10 to 14 students, so that you receive individual attention on your alignment. Even if you cannot visit our Delhi studio in person, our live online classes ensure you can stay connected and consistent from your own home.
Rati's Yoga
Namaste, I’m Rati. I opened this studio because I couldn't find a place that felt like a true sanctuary for my own practice, so I created one where everyone can feel they belong. Here, we are more than just a class; we are a community that grows, breaths, and heals together on the mat.
