About Mind & Soul: Healing Practices
Our Friday Sound Healing sessions are where the real shift happens. Using Tibetan singing bowls and guided meditation, we create a space for you to release the week’s stress and reset. It is a gentle yet profound practice, perfect if you are looking to quiet a busy mind or simply need to hit the pause button.
It is not just about the asanas here; it is about the silence between them. Our approach blends traditional Hatha techniques with breathwork and sound healing to soothe the nervous system. We dedicate time in every class to Pranayama and meditation, recognizing that your breath is the bridge between your body and mind.

Rati's Yoga
I created this studio because I needed a place to just be, with no mirrors and no judgment. For me, teaching isn't about perfecting poses, it is about holding space for you to discover your own strength, peace, and that quiet voice inside.
