About

Movement is how I find my way back to myself. For me, yoga isn’t about bending into impossible shapes or chasing perfection. It’s about connecting to the body, finding that balance of sthira, sukha (steadiness and ease). I want everyone to feel at home in their body, no matter where they are in their journey.

Classes and Styles

  • You’ll always find a supportive, no-judgement vibe in my sessions. My flowmies are the heart of the practice.
  • We mix it up: Asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), guided meditations, and real talk about yogic philosophy.
  • I offer Vinyasa and Hatha yoga - we adapt, not force.
  • Animal Flow? Yup, I'm a certified L1 instructor. It’s ground-based, bodyweight movement - looks tough, but we start with basics. It’s proper tagda (strong) and pretty fun!
  • Acro Yoga (Partner Yoga) - for those who want to try trust and connection, with a bit of upside-down thrown in.

Something Different

  • Puppy Yoga (or as I call it, "Pawga") - yoga with pups from rescue centers. You move, they wander, hearts melt. Puppy yoga Bangalore sessions are pure joy.
  • Need something slow? Restorative and mobility sessions help ease tension, support body awareness, and reset your system.

Where We Move

  • Online group classes for anyone, anywhere.
  • In-person group classes in Ulsoor, Bangalore.
  • Private sessions for a more tailored touch.
  • I also host wellness retreats on a peaceful farm - for those who want to go deeper.

My Story

Hey! Gowri here. Movement is my jam - from Kuchipudi dance and yoga to spinning hoops at the beach. I’m not into perfect poses, I just love exploring what my body and mind can do. My teachers flipped my whole idea of yoga - it’s more about feeling good than looking good. These days I’m deep into Indian strength training and flow arts. I’m always learning, always changing, just trying to gow with the flow.

My Work

Yoga, Animal Flow & Flow Arts - I teach adaptive yoga for beginners, Level 1 Animal Flow, and hula hoop flow arts for all ages.

My way of teaching - We focus on what feels steady and easy in your body. No one-size-fits-all shapes here.

Who can join? - Anyone! Flexible or stiff, young or old, even total newbies. Kids are welcome too.

What sessions feel like - Expect fun, laughter, and lots of play. We move, share, and build a supportive community.

Emotional release through movement - My classes help you unlock tension, sometimes even emotions. It’s about coming home to yourself.
