Join me for a unique session of Pawga, where we flow, stretch, and soak up unconditional love from the sweetest rescue puppies.

A typical moment in a Pawga class. We try to hold poses, and the puppies have other plans. It's a beautiful chaos that fills the room with love and laughter.

A student gets some encouragement from a furry friend. Puppy yoga is a reminder not to take ourselves too seriously and to find joy in the present moment.

Demonstrating a pose while a puppy observes. Dogs and yoga both teach us to love without judgment, and combining them is pure magic.

This has to be my favorite yoga class I've ever taught. These little beings teach us so much about being content and at bliss with what we have in this very moment.

Asanas accompanied by sloppy licks and wagging tails. This is a glimpse into the joyful chaos of a Pawga session with the sweetest angels from a local rescue center.

From being confused in my first Pawga session to wanting to do them all the time. This video shows how I get ready for a class and connect with the pups. Remember to adopt, don't shop.

A moment of rest in Savasana, with a puppy assistant making sure everyone is relaxed. These sessions are just as healing for us as they are for the pups.

About Puppy Yoga: Paws & Poses

These aren't your typical quiet yoga classes. You will be moving through a Vinyasa flow while rescue puppies roam around, likely trying to steal your socks or lick your face. Expect a bit of chaos, plenty of laughter, and a real chance to connect with these little ones who are waiting for their forever homes.
