About Wellness Retreats & Workshops
What My Retreats & Workshops Feel Like
Movement is how I come back to myself, and I create retreats and workshops so you can do the same. Each space I hold is about tuning in, real connection, and just gow-ing with the flow, no matter your experience level. Forget perfect poses - it's about being real, healing, and building community with my flowmies (my people who love to move together).
Pick Your Flow
- Short Workshops (1.5-2 hrs): Quick, focused sessions to add a likkle flow to your day. Animal Flow (bodyweight, ground-based movement - full-on tagda workout but anyone can join) and Hula Hoop (fun tricks, a little choreography, always starting with yoga asanas).
- Women’s Day Retreats: Full day, only for women. Think conscious movement, chanting, self-care, sisterhood, and true women’s empowerment retreat energy. A space to transform fear to fire.
- Weekend Getaways: Two days out of the city at places like Hoopinkai Farm, surrounded by nature. Expect a mix of Hatha Yoga, Acro Yoga, Stretch Therapy, plus mindfulness and breathwork sessions like Trataka, and plenty of laughs around the bonfire or at a lakeside picnic.
- The Flow Fest (4 Days): This is the deep dive - a flow arts retreat with everything from Acro Yoga to Poi, Capoeira, neuroscience of flow, and a team of awesome facilitators. It’s not just about movement, but letting go of what holds you back.
The Vibe & Philosophy
Every offering is about connection - with yourself, with others, with nature. I always keep it safe, chill, and non-judgy. There’s wholesome food, good people, and a whole lot of sthira, sukha (steadiness and ease) in everything we do. I’m not here to push you, just to walk the path with you.

My Story
Hey! Gowri here. Movement is my jam - from Kuchipudi dance and yoga to spinning hoops at the beach. I’m not into perfect poses, I just love exploring what my body and mind can do. My teachers flipped my whole idea of yoga - it’s more about feeling good than looking good. These days I’m deep into Indian strength training and flow arts. I’m always learning, always changing, just trying to gow with the flow.
My Work
Yoga, Animal Flow & Flow Arts - I teach adaptive yoga for beginners, Level 1 Animal Flow, and hula hoop flow arts for all ages.
My way of teaching - We focus on what feels steady and easy in your body. No one-size-fits-all shapes here.
Who can join? - Anyone! Flexible or stiff, young or old, even total newbies. Kids are welcome too.
What sessions feel like - Expect fun, laughter, and lots of play. We move, share, and build a supportive community.
Emotional release through movement - My classes help you unlock tension, sometimes even emotions. It’s about coming home to yourself.
