My Approach
I’m Deepa Gowda, and for me, life’s all about “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” - you only live once. So I mix yoga, travel, and adventure into one experience I call Yogacation. If you’re tired of the usual studio stuff and want to practice yoga out in nature, this is for you.
What Happens at a Yogacation
- We head out to places that make you go “wah!” - think beaches, mountains, waterfalls.
- Yoga isn’t just exercise here. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa, following “Sthira Sukham Asanam” (find comfort and strength in every pose).
- We do guided meditation and pranayama. Sometimes, there’s star gazing or learning to honour nature’s elements.
- Adventure is a big part - maybe snorkeling with nurse sharks, dolphin watching, or exploring shipwrecks. Depends where we go.
The Vibe
You come as strangers, leave as friends. Sharing meals, stories, and even those awkward moments when you fall out of a pose or freak out a little underwater. It’s real, and it’s all about being in the moment.
No Stress About Photos
I want you to live fully, so I arrange pro photography - drone shots from yoga decks, underwater pics, all of it. Leave your phone, I’ll get the memories.

My Story
Hey, I’m Deepa. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, right? I’m all about grabbing life with both hands. Been a mermaid in Maldives, soaked up Spain’s vibe, even trekked to Mount Kailash (people think it’s only for oldies, but why wait?). Yoga, travel, and dance - I’m hooked on all three. Bharatanatyam is new for me, but I love connecting with my roots. I’m here to evolve, face what comes, and make my own miracles.
