About Animal Flow Instruction
Why I Flow
Movement brings me back to myself, and Animal Flow is my favorite way to do that. It’s not just another workout - it’s how I reconnect with what my body can actually do. I’ve learned so much about moving with intention, and I want to share that journey with you.
What Animal Flow Really Is
You won’t be crawling around pretending to be a tiger! Animal Flow basics blend moves from yoga, gymnastics, and even capoeira, all on the ground, using just your body. It’s sweaty, sometimes awkward, but always satisfying. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and coordination without needing any equipment. All you need is a mat and a bit of curiosity.
Who Should Try This
Anyone feeling stuck in their workout routine, tired of gym machines, or just wanting to move better. If you think you’re too stiff or uncoordinated, trust me, you’re not alone. This ground-based movement class fits all levels, especially if you're new or want to shake things up.
How We Train
I run regular group classes in Bangalore (MultiFit, Ulsoor, Wednesday mornings at 8). For total newbies, I do Animal Flow for beginners workshops where you get the hang of the main moves and put them together into a mini flow. For those wanting a steady practice, my weekly classes help you learn new stuff and link it all up.
My Style
I’m big on technical details but also know some moves take time. We’ll work towards that balance between effort and ease - sthira, sukha as they say. Expect lots of practice, a bit of laughter, and a community vibe. My flowmies and I often hang out for informal jams in the park. If you want movement that feels more like play and less like punishment, let’s get a likkle flow going!

My Story
Hey! Gowri here. Movement is my jam - from Kuchipudi dance and yoga to spinning hoops at the beach. I’m not into perfect poses, I just love exploring what my body and mind can do. My teachers flipped my whole idea of yoga - it’s more about feeling good than looking good. These days I’m deep into Indian strength training and flow arts. I’m always learning, always changing, just trying to gow with the flow.
My Work
Yoga, Animal Flow & Flow Arts - I teach adaptive yoga for beginners, Level 1 Animal Flow, and hula hoop flow arts for all ages.
My way of teaching - We focus on what feels steady and easy in your body. No one-size-fits-all shapes here.
Who can join? - Anyone! Flexible or stiff, young or old, even total newbies. Kids are welcome too.
What sessions feel like - Expect fun, laughter, and lots of play. We move, share, and build a supportive community.
Emotional release through movement - My classes help you unlock tension, sometimes even emotions. It’s about coming home to yourself.
