Private Flow Arts Coaching
Core Training
- Duration: 60 minutes of focused 1-on-1 instruction.

Wellness Component

Group Hoop Workshop

LED & Fire Performance
Performance

Safety & Setup

About Flow Arts Instruction & Performance
Why I Flow
Movement is my way of coming back to myself. Flow arts - hooping, poi, even fire - is where I find presence, not perfection. For me, it's about 'sthira, sukha' (steadiness and ease) and chasing that playful, meditative zone. I try to carry this vibe into every class and show.
What I Offer
- Hula hoop dance workshops for all ages. We start with yoga asanas and warmups, then get into tricks, transitions, and simple choreo. I teach both single and double hoops (twin hoops).
- Beginner poi spinning lessons and basics of dapo (spinning cloth) - we learn together, no pressure.
- Fire hoop performance artist and fire fans - if you want something raw and intense for your festival or event. Fire honestly helped me face my own fears.
- LED flow arts show for night events - trippy visuals, glowing patterns, total party mood.
- Daytime hoop performances - lots of energy, all about sharing the love for movement, even if you’ve never held a hoop before.
The Flowmies Vibe
Community’s a big deal for me. I help run flow arts community retreats and 'Flow Fests' in places like Hoopinkai Farm Retreat. These are chill spaces for self-exploration, movement, and connection with other flowmies. We mix in Acro Yoga, Animal Flow, sound healing, and more.
Where I Move
No fixed studio - I travel, teach, and perform anywhere from Bangalore to Hyderabad to Mumbai. I come to you.

My Story
Hey! Gowri here. Movement is my jam - from Kuchipudi dance and yoga to spinning hoops at the beach. I’m not into perfect poses, I just love exploring what my body and mind can do. My teachers flipped my whole idea of yoga - it’s more about feeling good than looking good. These days I’m deep into Indian strength training and flow arts. I’m always learning, always changing, just trying to gow with the flow.
My Work
Yoga, Animal Flow & Flow Arts - I teach adaptive yoga for beginners, Level 1 Animal Flow, and hula hoop flow arts for all ages.
My way of teaching - We focus on what feels steady and easy in your body. No one-size-fits-all shapes here.
Who can join? - Anyone! Flexible or stiff, young or old, even total newbies. Kids are welcome too.
What sessions feel like - Expect fun, laughter, and lots of play. We move, share, and build a supportive community.
Emotional release through movement - My classes help you unlock tension, sometimes even emotions. It’s about coming home to yourself.
