Most people think Animal Flow is just mimicking animals, but it is actually a sophisticated quadrupedal movement practice. You will learn specific forms like the Beast, Crab, and Ape, which I break down into accessible pieces during class. We focus on finding those clean lines and angles first, so you definitely do not need gymnast-level strength to start with us.
