My Yoga Philosophy
For me, yoga is not about showing off or pushing yourself into tough poses. It's about finding balance and listening to your own body. I always say, "Apna shareer hi sabse bada guru hai" (your body is your best teacher). In my group classes, you’ll never feel judged or compared. Props and modifications are totally normal - everyone’s journey is different.
How My Group Classes Work
You can join us online or in-person. Online yoga sessions for beginners are super flexible - just grab your mat and log in from anywhere. If you’re in Bengaluru, I also run community yoga classes in studios and residential spaces.
Each class starts with intention setting (Sankalpa) and mindful breathing. We warm up gently, move through asanas and guided pranayama practice online or offline, and always end with deep relaxation and gratitude. It’s not just a workout - it’s a full mind-body reset.
Who Will Feel at Home Here
I welcome everyone - age, flexibility, experience don’t matter. Women-only yoga group batches are available, with special focus on women’s health and hormonal balance. If you want more than just physical exercise, and are looking for yoga for stress relief in groups, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Experience
We mix traditional and modern styles - Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa. Expect breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and themed classes for flexibility, back pain, core strength, or stress. Props like blocks and belts are used often, not as a shortcut but to help you get the most out of your practice.

My Story
Hi, I’m Parul. Used to be a CA, crunching numbers, now I’m rolling out yoga mats instead. Life’s been wild - from running races in school to skydiving, dancing everywhere (yes, even on roads). Art, travel, and a bit of heartful cooking keep me sane. Yoga for me isn’t just poses, it’s about inner discipline, forgiveness, and growing every day. My roots are Jain, so ‘Kshamavani’ and ‘Tapa’ mean a lot. Still learning, still dancing.
