A glimpse into the heart of my practice. This is where strength meets ease, movement becomes meditation, and we find joy in the journey. From dynamic flows and playful partner yoga to serene moments of connection, this is what it means to gow with the flow.
Yoga Asana: Strength, Balance & Flexibility
This is the foundation of my practice, where we explore the physical postures (asanas) to build a deeper connection with our bodies. I focus on finding the balance between sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease), whether we're working on challenging arm balances, deep stretches, or graceful vinyasa flows. My classes are a no-judgement zone, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
Animal Flow: Ground-Based Movement
As a certified Level 1 Animal Flow instructor, I am so excited to share this practice with you. It’s a ground-based, bodyweight discipline that is challenging, fun, and incredibly rewarding. We move through a series of "forms" that improve mobility, strength, and endurance. It’s for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
Acro Yoga: Trust & Connection
Acro Yoga, or partner yoga, is a beautiful practice of trust, communication, and playful connection. It combines yoga, acrobatics, and therapeutics. In my sessions, we create a safe space to learn how to base, fly, and spot for each other. It’s a great way to build strength, balance, and a deeper connection with your partner and community.
Puppy Yoga: Paws & Poses
Welcome to "Pawga," my absolute favorite way to practice. We team up with local rescue centers to bring adorable puppies into our yoga sessions. The pups roam free, offering cuddles and kisses while we flow. It’s a joyful, heartwarming experience that teaches us about unconditional love and being present. Plus, you might just meet your new best friend.
Strength Training: The Tagda Raho Way
I'm so thrilled to be on a strength journey with Tagda Raho, exploring traditional Indian training techniques. This is functional fitness at its roots, using equipment like the Mudgar (mace) and Gada, and training in sandpits. It’s an incredible way to build full-body strength, improve mobility, and enhance coordination.
Flow Arts: Hoops, Slacklines & Play
Movement for me is also about play and creative expression. I love exploring different flow arts, like hula hooping and slacklining. These practices are a fun way to improve balance, coordination, and mindfulness. It’s all about finding your rhythm and getting lost in the flow.
Workshops & Retreats: Our Community
There is so much power in coming together to move, breathe, and connect. I host regular workshops, day-long events, and multi-day wellness retreats on a peaceful farm. These gatherings are a chance to dive deeper into your practice, learn new skills, and become part of a supportive and uplifting community of flowmies.
Mindful Moments & My Philosophy
For me, yoga isn't just about the shapes we make on the mat. It's a way of life. It’s about finding peace in impermanence, connecting to my breath, and showing up with an open heart. This is a collection of my personal reflections, the "why" behind my practice, and the moments of stillness and clarity that yoga brings into my life.
