A glimpse into the heart of my practice. Here, we move, we connect, and we find steadiness in the flow.

This is what flow feels like. It's that moment of letting go, trusting your body, and finding a sense of freedom in movement. For me, this isn't about performance, but about connecting with that wild, joyful self that lives in all of us.

Acro yoga on a yacht at sunset. It doesn't get much better than this. This moment was pure joy, trust, and connection, reminding me that with the right support, we can all fly.

A little Animal Flow in a beautiful Goa shala. This ground-based practice is all about reconnecting with our body's natural patterns. It’s a powerful way to build strength, mobility, and coordination, one fluid movement at a time.

This is what my "Pawga" or puppy yoga sessions are all about. We practice asana, and these little rescue pups wander around, giving kisses and melting hearts. It's impossible not to be present and full of love.

Our community, our flowmies, connecting and building something beautiful together. This acro yoga pyramid from one of our farm retreats shows the power of trust, support, and collective energy. This is what it's all about.

Surrendering to the sound of the waves with a deep lunge and backbend on the beach. This pose, a variation of Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, opens the heart and stretches the entire front of the body, connecting us to the earth and sky.

Exploring traditional Indian strength training with Tagda Raho. This practice is so grounding, using equipment like the Gada to build functional strength and improve coordination in ways that feel both ancient and new. It's proper tagda.

Combining my love for inversions and hula hooping. This handstand with double hoops was a fun challenge that required focus, core strength, and a playful spirit. It’s all about finding balance, even when you're upside down.

I wanted to share three things that truly helped me fall in love with my own yoga practice. It's not about perfection, but about consistency, breathing, and letting go of what you think a pose "should" look like.

About Featured

My sessions aren't about holding the perfect pose or being the most flexible person in the room. Whether we're exploring Animal Flow in the studio or doing partner work outdoors, the goal is always to find sthira, sukha—steadiness and ease—in your own body. If you’ve been looking for a space to move without judgment, you’ve found it.
