I'm Gurpreet, and yeah, kaafi entertaining hu main (I'm pretty fun), but what matters more is I've walked through my share of tough days. My yoga and mindfulness sessions? They're not about chasing perfection or showing off fancy poses. It’s about accountability, healing, and always getting back up, no matter how many times you fall.

My Way of Practice

  • We focus on connecting mind, body, and emotions - not just flexibility or fancy shapes.
  • Yoga is more than poses. I use yoga psychology, somatic work, and lots of mindfulness to help you let go of old emotional baggage.
  • Got nagging pains or feeling stuck? Sometimes it’s not just physical. We work on emotional release, even for stuff like PCOD or anxiety.
  • You’ll pick up self-trust and real emotional resilience, one breath at a time.

  • Online group yoga sessions, 12 per month, evenings IST. Great for all levels.

Hi, I’m Gurpreet. I talk to trees, find God in mountains, and used to be the girl glued to her yoga mat—never walked, just stretched. Now, I trek for my birthday, and life’s been wild. My journey with food and my body? Messy, toxic, sometimes heartbreaking. I’ve been the cake-guilty teen, the starving yogi, the hospital regular. But I learned to drop the shame, bit by bit. Kashmir’s mountains, Kashi’s chaos, the forest’s wildness—they all broke me open, made me softer, braver. My Insta’s a Bollywood tribute to surviving hell, not here to play small.
