With Amrutha Bindu Yoga, I invite you to step past regular yoga classes into a space where real transformation happens. My workshops and weekend retreats aren't just about postures - they're about helping you find balance (svastha) and connection, both inside and out.
Weekend retreats like the yogic detox retreat (shatkarma) give you a chance to unplug from city life. We do deep cleansing practices, eat simple khichdi, and spend time in nature. Not going to lie - these are intense, sometimes challenging, but people leave feeling lighter, with a clean slate mentally and physically.
At the studio or online, I offer focused sessions like:
I believe in sangha (community). First Saturday of every month, we do free events like Yoga Mafia Night or Pictionary. It’s just about hanging out, laughing, and supporting each other - no yoga mat needed.
Most workshops happen at my JP Nagar studio, with retreats at peaceful spots around Bangalore. If you can't make it in person, plenty of sessions run on Zoom too.
