- Technique: Auditory driving using 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, or chimes to induce Theta brainwave states.
- Guidance: Led by a certified Sound Healer or senior therapist.
Comfort & Setup
- Props: Provision of bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to ensure body warmth and comfort during deep rest.
- Ambiance: Climate-controlled, darkened studio setting designed for complete sensory withdrawal.
Weekend Intensive Skill Workshop
Format & Curriculum
- Schedule: Split over Saturday and Sunday with 2 to 2.5 hours of instruction per day.
- Focus: Deep dive into specialized movements such as handstands, backbending mechanics, or mobility flow not covered in daily classes.
- Instruction: Co-led by a guest specialist (e.g., Gymnast or Martial Artist) and a resident teacher for hands-on spotting.

- Diet: 3 specific post-detox Satvik vegetarian meals (bland, easy-to-digest food like Khichdi).
- Support: Continuous supervision by the Lead Teacher and an assistant to ensure safety during purging processes.
- Note: Transport to the venue is excluded.

- Workshops happen in my Bangalore studio. They’re short, focused, and all about learning something new - whether that's a movement exploration retreat, sound healing, or building a new yoga skill.

- I host Yoga detox retreat India style - with Shatkarma practices. Feels intense at first, but the lightness and quiet you feel after, wah! Worth it.
