Why I Do This

Sometimes regular yoga classes just aren’t enough. I find that stepping away from the usual, whether it’s into nature or a new kind of practice, helps us hit reset and reconnect with ourselves on a totally different level. That’s why I run special yoga workshops and host overnight retreats - they’re for anyone who needs more than just the basics.

Retreats & Workshops - What’s Different?

  • Retreats are like a mini-vacation for your mind and body. We leave the city, head into peaceful spaces, and really dig deep into yoga. Expect small groups, calm vibes, and everything taken care of for you. Perfect if you want a total break.
  • Workshops happen in my Bangalore studio. They’re short, focused, and all about learning something new - whether that's a movement exploration retreat, sound healing, or building a new yoga skill.

My Story

Hey, I’m Prajna from Mangalore! My dad always said, work hard, laugh harder – so I do both. I’m his beta (daughter), still grounded, even when I’m upside down on a mountain or beach doing asanas. Honestly, movement is medicine for me. I love nature, wander everywhere, sometimes doing yoga by the river or on rooftops. My thing? Making movement fun and freeing, wherever you are.

Yoga & Aerial Yoga Classes - I teach group, personal, and corporate classes. Kids too! Special love for Hatha Yoga and aerial yoga for beginners.

Nature Inspired Yoga Sessions - I mix movement with nature – classes can be playful, outdoorsy, and always welcoming for all levels.
