About Thai Massage & Bodywork
Why I Do This
When pain or stiffness creeps in, life gets smaller. I’ve seen how much that holds us back, not just in the body but also in the mind. For me, Thai Massage & Bodywork isn’t just about fixing aches - it’s about helping you find space, presence, and a bit of calm in your day.
What Makes My Sessions Different
My style is grounded in traditional Thai massage therapy. I look for what’s really causing trouble, not just where it hurts. That might mean some deep work on stubborn spots, gentle assisted yoga stretching, or just helping you tune in to what your body’s actually saying. Sometimes it’s intense, sometimes it’s relaxing - depends on what you need.
Two Ways to Experience It
- One-on-one sessions: Quiet, focused, all about your body and what you’re carrying around. Good for sorting out those persistent knots or just hitting reset.
- Self-massage techniques workshop: I run practical, hands-on group sessions where you learn how to spot your tight spots and do something about them, right then and there.
Who Usually Finds It Useful
- Athletes or active folks wanting faster recovery and better flexibility
- Desk-job warriors stuck with stiffness
- Anyone dealing with chronic pain, tension, or lots of stress
My aim is to help you feel a bit more svastha - that sweet spot where body, breath, and mind feel steady, light, and free.

My Story
Namaste, we’re Medha and Sandeep, founders of Amrutha Bindu Yoga. Our journeys? One from engineering and martial arts, other from deep yoga study. Both landed here, believing yoga is real transformation, not just poses. We see how practice changes lives, spreading good energy. For us, yoga’s about freedom, not perfection. We built this shala so folks can explore, learn, and grow together. Start with curiosity, leave with connection.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Trainings - Group and personal sessions, teacher trainings (YTT 200/300), plus special workshops and retreats.
Specialized Yoga Services - Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra for stress relief, Aerial Yoga classes, Thai Bodywork therapy, and therapeutic yoga.
Our Teaching Style - We don’t do yoga as performance. We help you build your own yogic framework and focus on the ‘why’.
Balance, Not Just Flexibility - Yoga here means equal strength and flexibility, balancing body, mind, emotions for a peaceful state.
Community & Practice - We’re a community—celebrating, practicing, even playing together. Ivattina dina tumba vishesha (today is special).
