Session Details
- Duration: 90 Minutes to 2 Hours (typically weekends).
- Location: Partner yoga studios in city hubs (e.g., Koramangala, Indiranagar, Domlur).
- Group Size: Limited to 15-25 participants for audio quality.
The Experience
- Breathwork: 20-30 mins of guided Pranayama to settle the nervous system.
- Sound Bath: 45-60 mins immersion using 7+ Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and Gongs.
- Closing: 15-minute community sharing circle.
Amenities
- Props: Communal eye masks provided. Standard studio mats included (bring your own towel).
- Setting: Dimmed lighting, electric candles, and fresh flower mandala setup.
Half-Day Nature & Yoga Retreat
Itinerary & Logistics
- Timing: Morning session approx 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Location: Outskirts of Bengaluru (e.g., Nandi foothills or Ramanagara).
- Transport: Excluded. Participants drive or carpool to the meeting point.

2-Day Residential Immersive Retreat

- Stay: Twin or Triple sharing in rustic, eco-friendly cottages.
- Amenities: Non-AC rooms with natural ventilation and basic attached bathrooms.

Workshop Schedule

Why I Do This
Life can get so loud, no? I noticed most of us feel scattered, tired, or just... far from ourselves. That's why I started these wellness retreats and workshops with my sister. I want you to have a real break, a place to breathe, laugh, and remember yourself in a safe, friendly group.
What You'll Experience
- Multi-day getaways (I call them 'Anubhuti' or 'Atmarpan') in peaceful locations. Think yoga, dynamic meditation, nature healing experiences, sound healing workshops, and even sharing circles. You can bring your family, kids, elders - these are for everyone.
- Day retreats if you’re busy - we hike at sunrise, meditate during Brahma Muhurta, share stories, and eat together. It’s simple but powerful.
- Shorter workshops in Bengaluru studios if you just want a quick recharge. Lie down, let the Tibetan bowls and gongs do their thing, or try guided conscious breathwork sessions with me.
My Approach
I keep things real. No pressure to look like a perfect yogi. You’ll find laughter, honest conversations, and no judgment here. We’re all just collecting small moments of 'santosh' - that quiet, content feeling inside.
