Here is a look at our packed calendar for June, celebrating the International Day of Yoga theme "One World, One Health." Our offerings include a Pranayama workshop, a Sound Bath, a free Mafia game night, and a talk on yoga for one world.
Our course calendar for 2025 is here. We are excited to offer a range of in-depth programs, including our foundational YTT 200, advanced YTT 300, and specialized certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Our Self-Massage Essentials workshop teaches practical, Thai-massage-inspired techniques to release tension and ease common aches. It's a lifelong skill for anyone dealing with chronic pain, stress, or the effects of a sedentary job.
Master the art of conscious breathing in our Pranayama workshop. This immersive session covers the eight classical *kumbhakas* (breath retentions) and teaches you how to build a sustainable and powerful personal pranayama practice.
A sneak peek from our 'Tadasana to Shavasana' workshop. We explored how finding active engagement and alignment in foundational poses like Tadasana is the key to achieving deep, restful release in Shavasana.
This online conversation on Yoga & Menstruation is a space to rethink our cycles through a yogic lens. We discuss cultural practices, the idea of femininity, and how yoga can help manage menstrual disorders.
Body image is a common concern we see. In this workshop led by a counseling psychologist, we offer a safe space to explore and redefine your relationship with your body through creative and reflective exercises.
About Upcoming Workshops & Events
Most of our workshops in JP Nagar—whether it’s a Pranayama deep-dive, Thai-inspired self-massage, or a sound bath—are also available on Zoom. You don’t need to be local to join, but if you are, you’ll have full access to our studio props, including wall ropes and bolsters, for a more supported practice.
Learning Beyond the Daily Class
We believe that yoga is a lifelong study. Our workshops are designed for those who want to move past the standard hour-long flow and dive into the mechanics, history, and philosophy of the practice. We host these sessions in our JP Nagar shala, but we also run many of them online so you can join from anywhere.
What We Focus On
Our event calendar rotates to offer different ways to explore your practice:
- Skill-Building & Anatomy: Sessions like our Asana labs focus on alignment and biomechanics. We break down complex movements—like how to find stability in Tadasana or how to safely work through different kumbhakas (breath retentions) in Pranayama—so you build a framework you can rely on long after the workshop ends.
- Healing & Restorative: Life is fast-paced, and sometimes you need to unplug. Our sound baths using Tibetan singing bowls and our Yoga Nidra sessions are designed to calm the nervous system and help you reset physically and mentally.
- Community (Sangha): We practice together, but we also like to just hang out. On the first Saturday of every month, we host free community events like game nights. These aren't about yoga; they are about connection. Come to meet like-minded people, laugh, and be part of the sangha.

Whether you are looking for an intense weekend detox retreat or a two-hour workshop on self-massage techniques, you can view the full schedule here. If you are joining us in the studio, come 10 minutes early to settle in. If you are joining online, ensure you have a quiet space and a stable connection.
